The lawyers of Heritage Law help clients protect their families, their assets and their legacies. Our focus is wills and estates, family law and mediation. Under the guidance of principal Nicole Garton, we practice in all aspects of estate planning and administration, including the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements and trusts, applications for probate and letters of administration and estate litigation. We practice all aspects of family law, by way of negotiation, litigation, arbitration or mediation, including the preparation of domestic contracts, custody rights, spousal and child support, property division and the tax implications of marriage and divorce.
