Cornucopia – An Abundant, Overflowing Supply

True to its name, Cornucopia presented by Blue Shore Financial is the fall festival for the indulgent and the connoisseur. Ideally located in the majestic resort town of Whistler, B.C., Cornucopia features local and regional restaurants, chefs, producers, breweries, distilleries and wineries, and has emerged as the West Coast’s premier resort-based epicurean extravaganza. Cornucopia offers a full spectrum experience spanning from gala tastings to winery dinners, interactive seminars, electric after-parties, to Nourish’s health and wellness series and its three day Nourish Retreat at Cornucopia. This 11 day showcase fulfills its mission to put Whistler on the map as a must-experience food and drink hot-spot.

Cornucopia presented by BlueShore Financial, the 19th annual celebration of food and wine, graces Whistler on November 5th – 15th, 2015.

Seize the opportunity to learn from industry professionals, participate in demonstrations, sip, sample and savour some of the offerings of B.C. and beyond while basking in the beauty that is Whistler and the Sea to Sky Corridor.

Please note: The festival’s events’ servings of wine will be one and a half to two ounces per glass. Maximum legal consumption is two ounces per hour. Tasting etiquette tip: swirl, sniff, sip & spit. Cornucopia encourages the responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Due to Canadian liquor laws, persons under the age of 19 (this includes infants, children and teenagers) will not be permitted in the Whistler Conference Centre during Cornucopia nor are they permitted at any event located in the Whistler Conference Centre.
