Sale and exhibition continues November 21 – December 20, 2014

All artwork is priced at $100

The Anonymous Art Show is a great fundraising event and group exhibition. It is truly inspiring to see the talent, scope of style, diverse subject matter and media, including oil, acrylic, mixed media and photography created by local established and emerging artists. There are hundreds of artworks to choose from by hundreds of artists so there is something for everyone. All works are created on unframed 8 x 8 x 1 ½ canvas or wood panel. The sale of each piece is divided fifty/fifty between the artist and the NVCAC and the artist remains anonymous until after the purchase.

To be able to purchase a valuable piece of artwork for such a low price always creates a buzz on opening night, so it’s a good idea to get here early. Guests enjoy wine, punch and hors d’oeuvres while browsing the exhibition. It is exciting to purchase a piece by a well-known artist or to discover an emerging new favourite. The work is sold right off the wall from the opening until Saturday, December 20, 2014.

This inclusive event is fun for artists and art admirers. The proceeds assist the NVCAC in funding many valuable programmes such as free community events and affordable art classes for all ages.  The Anonymous Art Show also enables the community to support emerging artists and provides a unique opportunity to purchase original artwork at a great price just in time for Christmas!
