North Vancouver Government

Three levels of government exist in North Vancouver. At the municipal level, two separate entities govern over local matters. There is both a City of North Vancouver (with a Mayor and six councillors) and a District of North Vancouver (with a different Mayor and council). As a result, you must know whether you live in the City of North Vancouver or the District of North Vancouver in order to deal with certain matters pertaining to your home and business.

At the provincial level, two Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) take care of business. And at the federal level, two Members of Parliament (MPs) represent your interests in Ottawa. Here is their contact information.
