Take Lynn Valley Road until you hit Peters Rd. and follow until you reach the Ecology Centre. Come see what nature has to offer. Open 10am - 5pm daily - free parking and admission.

A peak experience just 15 minutes from downtown. Year-round, the Skyride tram whisks visitors 1.6 kilometres (one mile) up to the mountaintop chalet and superb views. A high-definition theatre presentation, Born to Fly, screens at the Theatre in the Sky. The Grouse Mountain Refuge for Endangered Wildlife shelters three wolves and two orphaned grizzly bears. Enjoy summer activities like guided eco-walks, hiking, wildlife ranger interpretive sessions, lumberjack shows, tandem paragliding, helicopter tours and Birds in Motion falconry demonstrations. In winter (Dec-Apr), Grouse is popular for skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, ice-skating and sleigh rides.

Located in the heart of Cypress Provincial Park and only 30 minutes from the heart of downtown Vancouver. Over the next 3 years we are in preparation for 2010. The Free Style Skiing venues are being built in conjunction with a new high-speed quad chair. Meanwhile, the Snowboarding venues will provide improved grading of runs and create an Olympic-rated Super Pipe within sight of the Base Area. A new daylodge, a snowmaking system, upgraded parking areas and an athletes centre in the Cross Country area are all also part of the drive to prepare for the 2010 Olympic winter games
