Committed to building community and the supporting infrastructure. To keep the CNV one of the best municipalities we need civic leadership that is focused on its constituents’ vision for their community.

WHY I’M RUNNING FOR COUNCIL

The City of North Vancouver is one of the best municipalities in which to live, to raise a family, and to do business.

To keep the City of North Van one of the best municipalities, we need civic leadership that is focused on its constituents’ vision for their community. The “top down we know better” is simply wrong and does not respect the citizens of our community. A civic government of the people for the people of the City of North Van.

I’m committed to working for and with our community. I’m asking for your vote October 20th to be that type of civic leader.

ABOUT ANTJE WILSON

I am proud to call the City of North Vancouver my home. My husband and I have raised our three children here.

I have always believed that giving back to your community makes for better communities. Through my past and current volunteer roles on the North Shore I have been preparing myself to participate in a more public role in helping my community.

I have been the Chair for the Social Planning Advisory Committee for the city, Director of DI, a youth organization, organizing hundreds of volunteers and teams in BC, and I am currently the senior volleyball coach at Sutherland. I also volunteer with local provincial and federal parties and have organized many community events.

With my spouse, I am a majority owner of Vrroom beverage, a wholesale beverage company that sells dispensed juice and fruit flavoured drinks to institutional buyers, distributors and food services across Canada.
