We are looking forward to a fun night with you, our customers, and appreciating your association and work with us at Active Life Physio.
Our schedule for the evening is below and we ask that you pre-register if possible so avoid disappointment and so that we can judge numbers for our catering needs! Just send a quick email to office@activelifephysio.ca stating what program you are wanting to particpate in and we will hold a spot for you.
We will also be making a draw at the end of the evening that you won’t want to miss out on. The idea is that we will have a passport that gives extra entries for the draw as you attend our evenings events.
