27 – 220 East 4th Street, North Vancouver, BC
This is a very unique 1 bedroom and den one level townhome featuring “open concept” living space, bright South exposure with narrow city views, a large covered sundeck with surrounding Japanese garden and a wood burning fireplace and insuite laundry. The unit has had many updates over the past two years including laminate floors, and is located in an excellent condition, well run building with many long term owners. The maintenance fees are low and the building allows pets and unlimited rentals (this unit is presently tenanted month to month for $1,250.00). **BONUS** The den is large enough that it could be used as a child’s nursery or second bedroom. Don’t miss your chance to view this unique property.

Big Ideas
Responding to Public Art
April 8 – April 23, 2011
Opening Reception: Thursday, April 7, 7-9pm
BIG IDEAS’s is a student art exhibition.
Art works have been created by North Vancouver High School Students in response to the Vancouver International Sculpture Biennale.
Through this program, students explore current topics such as homelessness, cultural identity, science and technology, societal norms, and the environment. In creating cross-media artworks, students challenged their imaginations, responding to these poignant topics as they are evoked in the Vancouver Biennale art installations.
This exhibition is a collaboration between CityScape Community Art Space and the Vancouver Biennale, and three North Shore High Schools; Carson Graham, Bodwell, and Argyle.
